Over the holidays, Kat tried to make an angel food cake. For some reason, the batter didn’t stay stiff. So after she got it into the cake pan, it fell and started seeping through the bottom. I tried to rescue this concoction by creating angel food cake pancakes. It didn’t work, they were terrible flat things after cooking. And worst of all, they stuck like crazy to the pan, making a terrible mess for clean up. So I’m wondering, is there any way one can save the fallen angel food cake batter and if yes, what does one make with it?
