Playing with a Cat Photo

Got some nifty new software for playing with photographs.  The first photo is rather fun.  it shows many different levels.  First, there is the cat and electronic devices.  Then in the background you see both reflections in the window and through the window.  The fence is outside and I’m inside.  Behind the cat is another room shown as a reflection.Photo Dec 08, 7 41 22 PM

Then I used photoforge2 on the IPAD to create a weird version of this image.  You can see everything, but now it appears to be at the end of a long tunnel or perhaps how things appear with warp motion.  The cat’s true personality seems to be enhanced by this image processing.

Have to go…that dog of ours is hunting cats or at least that’s what I think she’s doing.  Nothing bad, but wants to know what they are doing.   Bob just pulled her out of our closet.  Lots of construction type noises as she checks the corners.

Author: Heres to ART not Cockroaches

Welcome to my life. My life as a mom is changing as the kids grow up, leave home, and build their own lives. This gives me a chance to rebuild myself as an artist, develop a spiritual path, and most fun of all, start going out on dates with my husband. Come here the stories about the small things in life that can make one very happy. Dogs running on a beach, great breakfast dates, kids and their adventures, and my own adventures in this wacky life. I'll share some of my progress in learning art while juggling a full time job as an engineer. And best of all, it's a chance for me to practice writing stories while keeping in touch with my kids. I look forward to hearing from you. Comments, thoughts, and invitations to meet for coffee are all welcomed. Enjoy the stories.
